  Where to begin? Let's start with the fact that the waitresses are no longer dressed in a fashion that serves Bone Daddy's history well. While that may not be a problem to some, this is not one of the reasons why BD's exploded onto the map. Now, the service was found lacking in every way, we may have well been ghosts once we ordered our food. To further complicate that horrible service, we were served a half complete order while being told the rest of our order was being made fresh. I wish I could tell you that I was lying, but rather we were lied to. Not only did we receive reheated sides, our sides were forgotten about until I made mention of them as we were finishing our meal. The ONLY redeeming quality of this visit was in the manner and level of professionalism that our complaints were handled. BD's has gone down hill and is now off my radar. I will never be visiting this location again.

  Great service great ribs, we had both beef and pork...fall of the bone delicious. ..great service..thank you Darian. Comfortable atmosphere. ..will be coming back.

  The first thing I noticed is that this establishment caters to men. If that works for you, okay...but not at my expense. There were 2 parties that came after me that received drinks and food before I was able to order. The waitress was more happy to see us leave than servicing us. She didn't explain the menu and she stayed gone. We had to ask for silverware and refills. The links were ok, but the chicken was not pleasant at all. I was totally turned off after that.
