- 1 / 5By Stacey EcholsUs regulars come to vistit and we love Lewis the bartender but as far as the management goes, it's horrible. 99% of the time my food comes out cold or wrong but yet all the Managers work in the kitchen and they are never out on the floor. You would think at least one would be on the floor in the dining room to make sure their guest are happy guest. That is how most Full service restaurants are. Here at this Chili's, it's not. I have been in fast food Management all my adult life. I truly make sure my guest are happy guest.
