  Never available very unprofessional claims to be open Tuesday- Friday she's careless about her business and very unwilling to work anything out with you she will tell you she's going out of town for long periods of time if she's not interested in serving you she's told me that twice in two different years and months when I've tried to place an order what's the odds of that! With Kathy it's always weird never a smooth sailing experience with her she texted me that she won't be doing cakes for almost the ENTIRE MONTH! of February 2017 due to her going out of town and a new full time job when she gets back and she made sure to be unavailable around the dates I needed a cake WOW! If it isn't deja vu! She does this every time you place a order! I think she only bakes for certain people! I'm guessing if your not spending an arm and a leg she wants nothing to do with you I have never seen someone advertise something their NOT if you go on her website she seems to be available and willing to service the customer but she's NOT!!! And she's very careless about it don't waste your money or time spend your money on good service and people who don't show favoritism toward customers and that actually care about each and every customer Kathy you don't know how people could bless you in life you should be careful how you treat others I don't understand why Kathys icing on the cake is even open makes no sense I have never had such poor service from a bakery I've been treated better at Kroger Bakery it's a shame
