  I really wish I could give this place no stars. We used to come here pretty regularly, simply because it was a nice treat for the kids. Over the last 2 years we have been maybe 6 times and every time is worse than the time before. Today it took us over an hour, after being seated, to get our food. The place they sat us had a big pile of stuff on the floor, like they were sweeping but forgot to pick it up. We all stepped around it and then our waitress looked down, noticed it was there, and proceeded to walk through it the entire time we were there. I had to use a baby wipe to clean the tables because there was ketchup all over and apparently they didn't notice all the red left over on the white table. We had to search tables for a ketchup bottle that had ketchup in it and the bottles were caked with grease and food from previous diners. My son had something stuck on the inside of his glass that they expected him to drink out of, would have been one thing for them not to have seen but the cup was clear and he had sprite so it was very easy to see the red thing stuck to the side. Through all of this they didn't even get the order correct and then when I asked for the cheese for burger the waitress tried to argue with me, their mini burgers are bun and meat and I had to take it apart to show it didn't have the cheese I asked for that she had charged us for.
