  My fiance, daughter and I went on Sunday the 8th. First time for us and it will be the last. When we walked in, there was a large crowd of ppl gathered at the entry. We couldn't tell where to stand to be greeted and seated because there was no hostess anywhere. Finally the large crowd said they were waiting for someone and to go ahead to the hostess table which we finally saw. Again, no hostess for at least 2 minutes, no greeting, no nothing. Finally, when we were seated, it took about 5 minutes before a waitress even greeted us and offered us something to drink. I had to ask for a kids menu for my daughter. So...lets get to the food.
  
  My daughter ordered the typical spaghetti. I ordered the mushroom ravioli and my fiance ordered the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. So when I took my daughter to the bathroom, I noticed that our food had come out except for my fiance's. I asked where his food was, he said that as he was mixing his pasta, he found a long strand of hair. UGH! For such a wanna be fancy Italian restaurant with high prices, I was shocked. Our poor waitress didn't know what to say, but of course this was not her fault. They did make a new one right away and offered to comp the dish, but they rushed it too quickly that the pasta was dry and the image of the hair grossed him out enough to not enjoy his meal, he barely ate any of it. My ravioli was painfully sweet from the sauce and caramelized onion, I didn't enjoy it at all. My daughter did however say that the spaghetti was okay, but not as good as Carrabbas. I will never be going back and will not be recommending this place to anyone I know.
