  Horrible hospitality, my family and I walked in tonight at this location just for Nothing. We waited 6-7 min. To be acknowledged by someone, then we were taking to a dirty table, plus there were other dirty tables all over the bar area and restaurant side, then I take my 5 year old to the restroom o only have one word DIRTY!!!!!! We come back to the table and still no server, we left the restaurant after waiting, waiting, and waiting for at least 20min. Once again no one acknowledge us at all.... I would have given them zero stars but I can't, save your self a trip.... we are for sure not giving our $$$$ to TGI Friday's

  I went to TGI Fridays in Cedar Hill with my cousin a couple months back. The service there was good and the food was tasty. Having the same expectation, I took a friend to this location. I regret this decision. It took some time to be seated when we walked in. The workers were not really around, the food took a long time, food was also really dry, and even the people that sat behind me were complaining about the food and service. Overall bad experience here but I recommend Cedar Hill location more

  Worst service I've ever had! Restrooms were so gross I could smell them in the dining room! Food was not impressive at all.... extremely disappointed!

  First our waiters name was Chelsea and the service was horrible. She would go 10 to 15 minutes before she came back to the table. We was there for like an hour we had to keep asking for her. We also had to keep asking for 1 refill on our drinks. When my food cam put it was hot but it was put together sloppy an beef was dripping so much that my bottom bun was to soggy yo eat. My husband had the unlimited apps he had to wait 30 min for each one to come out
